How to set up the Drape Support
Slide the base board between the mattress and table surface at the prefered position. The patient's body weight will hold it in place. Ensure the locking leg is positioned close to the mattress for a stable and secure fit.
Table placement options
The versatile Drape Support has multiple table placement options depending on patient or procedural requirements. The base board can be positioned at the right shoulder, left shoulder, head, mid-torso, feet or at another location. Multiple Drape Supports can be used at the same time.
How to adjust for height, tilt and surface positioning
Twist the blue handle anti-clockwise to release the locking leg. Move the leg in the desired direction to position the support surface. Tilt the device up or down through the articulating joints to adjust the height. Twist the blue handle clockwise to lock it in place.
To rotate the support surface, hold the surface and turn it in a circular motion at the articulating joint at the top of the locking leg. Tilt or set it flat by pushing the surface to the preferred position.
Take care to avoid pinch hazards at the articulating joints located at the base and top of the locking leg.
Draping setup
Drape can be placed over the top of the support surface and patient as per standard draping procedures.
