The Head Immobiliser+ is a radiolucent head support designed for secure and stable head positioning during image-guided procedures. It provides height, lateral, and neck flexion and extension adjustment for controlled, multi-axis positioning. Commonly used in interventional neuroradiology, including ischemic stroke treatment and mechanical thrombectomy, it supports consistent head positioning during procedures, where stable head positioning is critical.
